Processing is carried out on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). The legal bases are in particular Art. 6 (1) (a) (consent), (b) (performance of a contract), (c) (legal obligation) and (f) (legitimate interest) GDPR.
3. Hosting

We use technically necessary cookies that are required to operate the site (e.g. storing your cookie choice). These do not require consent (§ 25 (2) TDDDG). We only set non-essential cookies and services (e.g. statistics) after your active consent via our consent banner (§ 25 (1) TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by deleting the cookies in your browser.
6. Orders & payment processing (PayPal)
We use PayPal to process purchases. When you start a payment, the PayPal interface is loaded in your browser and the data required for the payment (including the Minecraft name you provided, the purchase amount and the product name) is transmitted to the payment service provider. The provider is:

Processing is carried out to fulfill the contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). You can find more information in PayPal's privacy policy. We need the Minecraft name in order to assign the purchased service to your game account and credit it in-game.

If you contact us by email or via Discord, we process your details to handle the request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). We do not pass this data on without your consent and delete it as soon as it is no longer required.

We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes or as long as statutory retention periods (e.g. under commercial and tax law) exist.
